With nearly thirty-eight n years of experience behind him in coal, oil, power, and renewable resources, D.Radhakrishna is a well-known authority in every aspect of the energy field. As someone who worked tirelessly for almost 38 years in the power sector with both public and private entities, he has emerged as an expert in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and Regulatory Affairs. Armed with degrees in Engineering, Law, and Management, he is lifetime Member of World Energy Council. He worked for MPSEB, and many private companies before joining as Chairman Tripura Electricity Regulatory Commission, Agartala, and now also as Chairman, Appellant Tribunal of State RERA. He writes and speak regularly on the matter of Power Policies. He was associated with many Industrial bodies and also imparting Regulatory Education to Cardiff University.
