Promoters: - Promoters has to register his project to the Authority.

Agent: - Agent has to be registered by the Authority.

Allottees:- Main objective of the Act is to protect interest of Allottees. Allottees may lodge complaint if there is any violation in the agreement excutated by   Promoters & Allottees.

Citizen: Citizen may also lodge complaint against any promoter for violation of Building Rules by the Promoters / Developer.
